Welcome to Burlington Girls Hockey Club

The Burlington Girls Hockey Club has been offering a safe and fun place for young athletes to play hockey since 1996.  We currently have over 700 girls (and growing) playing Canada's favourite sport. We offer programs for girls ages 4 to 18 at both the house league and competitive (rep) levels.  We are a not for profit corporation managed by an executive board and run by hundreds of volunteers.

For members arriving on our new website, you will find familiar sections so you can easily navigate to your favourites pages and also new functions and capabilities with more to come.

Any feedback on our new site can be directed here.

As a member of the larger Burlington community and in co-operation with the Burlington Sport Alliance (“BSA”) and Burlington Community Foundation (“BCF”), The Burlington Girls Hockey Club is requesting the generosity of our membership to support a very local and very real cause – financial aid for victims of the August flooding in Burlington. Please visit http://www.burlingtonfoundation.org/flood and consider the following ways we can help our neighbours and support the community.

Flood Relief Donation Centre - 728 Burloak Drive (just south of QEW)

Tel: (289) 828-2707

https://www.facebook.com/burlingtonfloodrelief?fref=ts

A temporary flood relief donation centre is now open to the public. The location will accept clothing, blankets, linens, towels, new and used toys, baby items like diapers and formula, and adult diapers.

Donate Directly to Burlington Flood Relief Fund

Donations can be made directly to CIBC Bank – account #04762/4845617. Tax receipts are available for donations of $25.00 or more and will be issued by the Burlington Community Foundation. Donation tracking forms have been created to assist sport groups in recording contributions and can be accessed by contacting the Burlington Sport Alliance All cheques are made payable to the Burlington Flood Relief Fund and 100% of all donations will go directly to flood victims.

The need for financial assistance is great and together, we can truly make a difference. We thank you in advance for your generosity.
