Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The BGHC Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday May 22nd from 7:00 - 9:30PM at the Appleby Arena 3 Community room. The agenda includes: 1) Constitutional and By-Law changes, 2) Annual Reviews from various Board Members, and 3) Elections for Board positions.  For details of the proposed Constitution and By-Law change please see our Club Policy page in the About Us section of this website.

In order to prepare ballots and schedule presentations, we request that members running for Board positions inform the secretary at least 1 week prior to the meeting.  Also, any member wishing to address the membership at the AGM must be on the agenda. Please submit requests via email to the BGHC secretary.
